The characters of the products

We adopt the latest ROTORCOMP serial asymmetric spiral rotors, which make the specific power and volume efficiency of the compressor reach the most advanced world level. Besides, the rotors are made of the durable material and processed finely. The rotors are durable and high-efficient.

2. We adopt ROTORCOMP NK model machine set. The seven major parts: charge end, air intake filter, air intake controller, oil & gas separator, oil filter, oil constant temperature valve, minimum pressure valve are combined together. The unique structure makes the structure of the complete machine compact, novel, steady and reliable .

3��We adopt multiple separating and dumping-in- inversing-direction oil & gas separating system. Because it is far away from oil fog, the temperature can be lowered rapidly and the engine oil carbonization phenomenon is reduced considerably. So, the service life is lengthened by more than 30%. The oil content of the discharged air is guaranteed to be lower than 3 PPm. Besides that, we adopt air filter of 3-5um precision grade and oil filter of 5-10 um precision grade to ensure the long-term safe operation of the machine set.

4��The high-efficient board wing type cooler is designed for environment temperature range of 45 �� - 50 ��. Its set temperature range is 70 ��-110 �� and it can reach the temperature quickly after a cooling start to prevent the water in the compressed air to come out. In this way, the running of the screw stem rotor is more reliable, and the life is longer too. So, it can be used in succession in the Southeast Asian areas where the meet the summer temperature is 38 �� - 40 �� an relative temperature is 70 �� - 100 ��.

5��We adopt air admission structure of skewer board case body design. The finely-designed air-sucking box and the sound insulation cover make the cooling efficiency very high with no swinging and low noise level. Moreover, it has good points of convenient manufacturing and installation and a graceful appearance.

6. We adopt two kinds of electric automatic control of instrument show automatic control and PLC liquid crystal show automatic control( the user can choose ). They have various controlling and protection functions and have realized full-automatic operation and intelligent running, and can realize on-line remote control and chain control.
