AIR/GAS END
Meeting Customers Requirements Are Our Primary Goal
Our technical professional team insists on developing compressor¡¯s technology by ourselves, and combining with introducing foreign advanced technology. We independently develop different kind of size and style screw compressor for market¡¯s demand. We pay attention to using computer CAD designing technique that is used in designing new product. It is very important for us to improve and reform our screw compressor.
Xinran independently completed the design for air/gas end whose capacity range is 0.7-100m3/min. The rotor is 30% bigger than the similar one. Big rotor low rotation speed forms our product¡¯s advantage. It makes the products energy-conservation, low noise and high efficiency.
Rotor Production
Xinran has owned the best equipments of Holroyd rotor milling machine. The ratio of male-female rotor lobe is 5:6. Rotor processing maximum diameter is 630mm.
Processing and Inspection
We have the TOSHIBAI milling machining centre for compressor shell parts. The excellent equipments ensure the product¡¯s processing precision.
Adopted apparatus such as Japanese Mitotoyu 3D-CMM (coordinate measuring machine), guarantee the accuracy of each package.
Assembly and Inspection
Accuracy processing rotors through the careful assembles and adopts the SKF bearing, and the Elringklinger shaft seal. The air/gas end has the perfect reliability and prolong the lifespan.
Air Filter
Special paper air filters can purify the absorbed air, avoiding wearing of the rotor and bearings, extended the life of oil, oil filter and oil separator.
Suction Valve
Adopt nowadays most advanced open-closed type working principle, and make inlet upload or outlet unload completely combined.
Air-end
Rotor of overlarge diameter is equipped with overlarge SKF heavy load bearing (Rotor diameter is 30% more than other rotors), so ensures low speed, low noise, low temperature and low consumption, etc. and guarantees long-term and stable operation.
Least Pressure Valve
Effectively control the minimum pressure of the compressor operation.
Plate-fin Cooler
High-efficiency plate-fin aftercooler makes the temperature of compressed air only 3¡æ-8¡æ higher than ambient temperature (Related to the types). Meanwhile, pressure differential is reduced and efficiency is increased.
Oil Gas Bucket
Adopt all-in-one design plan, increase oil separator element, which is favorable for oil air separation and filter system, produce high-quality air of low oil length (Oil length ¡Ü2ppm).
Monitoring System
Friendly menu interface, operating parameters display, fault recording, fault alarm protection, PLC remote control, multiple units¡¯interaction control achieved by RS485 communication interface.
Electric Motor and Belt Automatically Tightening Device
The motor¡¯s power is extremely strong, lower energy consumption, higher reliability; Protection class is IP54/55, prevents the dust to enter the motor inside, insulation class is F; Automatic tension device guarantees the conveyed specific power of belt be a certain numeral valve, furthest promote the working efficiency.
Temperature Control Valve
All-in-one structure along with oil filter makes pipe system more succinct and more suitable for severe environment (-10¡æ-45¡æ).
Centrifugal Fan
Reach high-efficiency cooling, higher suitability for ambient temperature (-10¡æ-45¡æ). Compared with related machines, the selection of the centrifugal blower largely reduces the noise and brings you the quiet space.
Intelligent microprocessor controller--- A powerful sequence control system
